## 2. Non-Returnable Items

* Opened accessories with broken seals.
* Products damaged due to misuse.
* Customized or special-order products.
## 3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Wait for return authorization instructions.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
## 4. Refunds
After inspection and approval:
* Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
* Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
## 5. Shipping Costs
* If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs.
* For customer-initiated returns, shipping costs are non-refundable.
