* Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

* Orders are processed within **1 business day** after confirmation.
* Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
## Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is **4–7 business days**, depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary during public holidays, sales events, severe weather conditions, or due to courier delays.

## Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make delivery attempts to the shipping address provided during checkout. Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate to avoid delays.
## Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
